To students who wish to transfer/shift:
Inquire first if there are vacant slots in the program you wish to enroll (email the specific Academic Program Coordinator (APC) and Year Level Adviser(s) - see list & email add here). Once there are vacant slots, then you may proceed to the following:
Email the specific program's Academic Program Coordinator (APC) and Year Level Adviser(s) about your intention to shift, and take note of the following:
1. Email subject must be in this format:
"APPLICATION: Shift/Transfer to _____ from _______ (ID No. / FamilyName, FirstName M.I. / Overall GPA)";
2. Attach in your email the following:
a. Letter of Intent
- Address your letter to DEET Chair thru APC; signed by you and your parent(s)/guardian(s)
b. Your Program of Study / Evaluation of Grades; and
c. Filled out Shifter's Application Form (have it signed by your Adviser & Dept. Chair), downloadable through the link below:

d. Study Plan (sample template: [DOCX Format] [PDF Format])
4. Wait for response and/or further instructions from our APC.
